Kevin S. Taylor is an experienced business development professional with more than twenty five years of experience serving both profit and non-profit clients’ in the United States. In addition to joining NAI Southwest Florida Taylor is the President and CEO of In the Loop Consultants who’s mission it is to build relationships with companies wanting to relocate into the Southwest Florida Region specific to the high tech cluster. The goal of In the Loop is to help make the necessary connections that help business executives with their relocation needs so that they can move quickly into our region.
Background & Experience

Prior to being the President and CEO of In the Loop Consultants he was Vice President of Development for the Gulf Coast Technology Center- Madden Research Loop, Director of Business Development for the John Madden Company, Florida Division, Director of Fund Development for the Cleveland Clinic, Florida-Naples, Planned Giving Officer for the American Cancer Society, Florida Division, Inc., Executive Director of the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra & Chorus Association, Inc. and, General Manager of the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra.

Taylor’s long and successful career of fundraising and supporting economic development, business and cultural initiatives in Southwest Florida along with his personal commitment to serving the needs of his community, region and state, makes him a knowledgeable commercial real estate professional to work with to reach your goals in business.
Kevin Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa and has pursued graduate studies in both Administration and Music. Taylor has also been a teacher at the High School and Collegiate level.
