Scope of Service Experience
As the NAI Southwest Florida Business Development Manager, Mr. Oppelt has a specialization in sales, marketing, public relations, finance, etc. He is able to perform his work more efficiently because of all the academic qualities that he possess. Oppelt also is responsible for developing personal qualities of our brokers in an effort to perform their work more efficiently. As the business manager, he will be open to accepting constructive criticism from the brokers, develop social skills, be organized, be honest, be able to take good decisions and develop intimate relationships with his or her employees. Also, Oppelt is an excellent listener and listens to the needs of the brokers, vendors and customers. Oppelt brings his positive attitude and work ethic to NAI Southwest Florida which will be evident in his daily duties.
Background & Experience
Mr. Oppelt plans and provides leadership for the administration, security and treatment programs of the company. He will be involved in making long-range plans and schedules and be apart of the management team that sets goals and establishes objectives to achieve such plans. He will develop and maintain close working relationships with the client departments, vendors and their representatives. Oppelt will be responsible to initiate, interpret and enforce policies and directives for efficient administration. Supplements policies with written guidelines and procedures. Oppelt will also direct the activities of all facility functions, assigns duties and delegates authority to accomplish them. In addition to delegating the authority for the selection, development and termination of staff, including ongoing staff training, communications and discipline. Oppelt will ensure that adequate procedures, methods, and techniques are established in all program areas, education and operations. Ensures the ability of the property management and facility staff to respond appropriately to emergencies. Confers with the appropriate corporate or client officials on policy matters. Monitors statutory requirements and legal decisions that affect administrative decisions or operations of the business. Analyzes proposals, financial statements, records, statistical reports, budget estimates and justifications for proposed expenditures. Develops and maintains close working relationships with government and private agencies
